When we get triggered in present time it is a young child part of you that is being triggered. You may have witnessed or heard something as a young child and part of you fragmented and got stuck at that age and time. Then in present day time maybe someone says something, or you hear a tone of someone's voice and it activates the trigger of the young child part. Whenever someone is excluded in a system someone in a later generation will repeat the fate and pattern of that missing person.
